For my son's 2nd Birthday Party he wanted Blues Clues.
For the table I had a blue table cloth and bought blues clues table mats (so the kids could make picture while waiting on the food and cake)I had blues clues confetti all over the middle of the table. I had the same amount of blues clues plates, cups, napkins, forks and spoons on each side of the table and laid out in the same order. With a blues clues dog in the middle of the table. I had 4 streamers coming down from the lights to the middle of the table in blue and yellow. And for the windows and door ways I had blue and yellow streams twisted and I mounted them with some mounting things I found a the party store. I printed blues clues big paw print off of nickjr.com and placed one in each corner. I bought shovel and pal goodie bags at the party store and stuffed them with candy and a few blues clues items. I placed them on the fire place, until the kids left. For games I had a few things planned, but the kids wanted to beat the men up with balloons. So they didn't all work as I had hoped, but I printed pin the paw on blue off of nickjr.com as well and taped it to some card board. it was really cute. I also bought some blues clues paw print pads from the party store and put them all over the house for the kids to find and who ever had the most at the end of the party would win a prize. I also had a pinata. I wasn't able to get the blues clues pinata on time, but you can find the thinking chair at birthdayexpress.com. for the prizes I bought shovel and pal play-do . you can find this at target or Wal-Mart. for food we just had pizza, blue cool-aid, blues clues cake I got at the local grocery store, and different colored ice cream, which I got at a local ice cream store. it was the big hit of the party for the adults. no one had ever seen ice cream in so many bright colors. and last but not least I bought a musical thinking chair groom target for $9.99 and took pictures of the kids sittin in the chair wearing blues clues ears which I got at the party store. one more thing I forgot while we were waiting for everyone to arrive I painted paw prints on the kids face with a blue marker. Everyone loved the party and had a wonderful time, I hope this can help you with your kids party.
