For my daughter's 3rd birthday we had a Blues Clues party.
On the invitation we told our guests they have to wear something blue to the party in order to be admitted. My daughter wore a special Blues Clues dress and I even gave in and put blue nail polish on her and me. (We all need an excuse to wear blue nail polish). We decorated the whole house with blue balloons and streamers. Parts of our menu included Blue Tortilla Chips, Blue Kool-Aid, Blue cut-out dog bone cookies, and a Blue Cake. We played the Blues Clues game by giving everyone a notebook and finding the 3 clues around our house. The kids loved playing the game. We also played "Hot Blue" - this is the hot potato game by using the Blue stuffed animal. All the songs for the Hot Potato game had the word blue in them - Blue Moon, Devil with a Blue Dress, etc. The prizes for the games were all Blues Clues toys. Another game we played was the "Guess the number of items in a jar game". I had put blue wrapped candy in a jar and had everyone guess the number that was in the jar. I think I used the Blue Wrapped Dove Promises Candy (Yummy). The winner won the jar of candy. The adults and older kids also had another game to play. They had a "Color of Blue" word scramble. I put 20 shades of blue on a paper and scrambled the letters and they had to unscramble them. Lots of the colors are easy, but some stumped them - like Indigo and Midnight and Prussian. The prize for the adults was a huge box of Blue Tortilla chips. The favor bags consisted of Blues Clues Stickers, a crayon, a Blues Clues Notebook, a Blues Clues Figurine, and Blue M & M's. Not one person had a "Blue" time at our party - haha.
