We just had a great Blue's Clues Party for my son's second birthday! To start with, I painted bright blue paw prints on large posterboards and lined our walkway with them. As the guests
arrived, they followed the paw prints to the front door. I had several children's table set up in our family room with Blue's Clues decor: helium balloons, tablecloths, etc. Prior to the
party, I made picture frames out of blue posterboard and also white birthday crowns. When the children arrived, they got to decorate their own picture frame and crown. Then, our "mystery
guest" arrived. We hired "Steve" through an entertainment company! He planted 3 clues outside before he came in and he took the kids on a treasure hunt, handy dandy notebook
and all! When they came back inside, they had mail-time and made balloon animals, and we took polaroid photos of the kids with Steve to put in their decorated frames. We also had a
"thinking chair" piņata filled with goodies and a Blue's Clues cake of course! For favors, the kids took home their crowns and frames, and a goody bag filled with their piņata loot,
Blue's Clues stickers, bubbles, crayons, and a Blue's Clues coloring book. A great time was had by all! This party worked great for a diversity of ages too. We had kids 2-10 years old and
they all had fun!
