Clifford, the Big Red Dog: I made our daughter's 2nd birthday a Clifford party. She loves him and he teaches children valuable lessons. I obtained the Clifford party package from a online company but for party favor bags I made dog bones stuffed with candy. To make these I saved empty toilet tissue rolls, then enlarged a picture of a dog bone and made enough copies for all the kids. I then covered one end of the roll and then stuffed it with candy. Once it was full I covered the opened end and then cut the bone out but left enough paper around the middle to cover the toilet tissue roll. The kids and parents loved the idea. You could even personalize it if you wanted to.
