Pink Poodle Party, 5yr old girl. For my daughters 5th birthday, she invited only girls (about 10).
The invitations were made from pink card stock in the shape of a dog house. Then center was white with the information. I added a small black and white bow to the corner of the roof.
When they arrived we started off with a craft, ordered from Oriental Trading Comp, a Pink Poodle foam bag. This way it could dry first.
Then we moved onto making 'Poodle Collars'. I took strips of pink felt and let them glue on rhinestones, we added velcro on the ends for closure once they were done. Then we made 'Poodle cuffs', again using stips of pink felt, and the girls glued white pompoms onto (for fur!), used velcro to close around their wrists.
Then we had cake, ice cream, and punch. Publix bakery scanned the napkins (purchased from Birthday Express) they had pink poodles on them. They applied an edible image to the center of the sheet cake, and decorated with polka dots. Very cute.
Then it was time for the Pinata, purchased from Birthday Express, in the shape of a pink poodle. They used their Pink Poodle purse bags they made for the candy and treats inside the pinata. We finished with the presents.
The entire party was approximately 2hrs time wise.
