Zorro Party -5yr- The "Z" Invite

My soon to be five year old has requested a Zorro Party Theme.  The Black Zorro to be exact. 

I have looked all over and have not found any packages for Zorro to my distress.  So I am trying to be creative.  The invitation will be red background with large black "Z" (from the video cover). 

All the kids will have little black masks, hats and capes.  Plastic swords.  We will have fencing lessons and tournaments between the kids.  I'll keep the color theme black & red.
